چکیده
This paper presents an experimental investigation that focuses on the flexural behavior of innovative reinforced concrete–ultra-high performance concrete slab with expanded polystyrene lightweight core. type is proposed to serve semi-precast solution, in which bottom layer ultra-high working as a formwork during construction slab, used for reduction structure self-weight, and top normal designed withstand compressive stress when loaded. Two similar large-scale specimens dimensions 6200 mm × 1000 210 were fabricated tested under four-point bending conditions investigate composite slab. Test results indicated three different layers materials can work effectively together without separation. The leads high ductility has good effect limiting widening crack width by forming other cracks. According design code ACI 544.4R, modified distribution diagram section was proven be suitable prediction strength error 3.4% compared result. clearly demonstrated, case this study, improves about 11.5%.

MODELING FLEXURAL STRENGTH OF EPS LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE USING REGRESSION, NEURAL NETWORK AND ANFIS
Lightweight concrete (LWC) is a kind of concrete that made of lightweight aggregates or gas bubbles. These aggregates could be natural or artificial, and expanded polystyrene (EPS) lightweight concrete is the most interesting lightweight concrete and has good mechanical properties. Bulk density of this kind of concrete is between 300-2000 kg/m3. In this paper flexural strength of EPS is modeled...
متن کاملLightweight Geopolymer Concrete with EPS Beads
Activation of class F fly ash with the 10 M sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate and its geopolymeric products were analysed under quasi-isothermal mode of DSC, FTIR and TG/DTA techniques. Before adding in concrete, expanded polystyrene beads were prewetted with the styrenebutadienestyrene latex aimed at to improve their bonding with geopolymer. Lightweight mortars/concretes were made from geop...

Flexural Behavior of Lightweight Concrete Beams Reinforced with GFRP Bars and Effects of the Added Micro and Macro Fiber
This study evaluated the effect of macro steel fiber (SF), micro glass fiber (GF) and micro polypropylene fiber (PF) in lightweight aggregate concrete, (LWAC) beams reinforced with glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) bars. Firstly, concrete mixtures with different volume fractions of GF, PF and SF were tested up to compressive strength, then determine the optimum fiber content GF, PF and SF a...
متن کاملInfluence of reinforcement arrangement in flexural fire behavior of hollow core slabs
This paper describes four standard scale fire tests conducted on precast prestressed hollow core slabs under flexure. The influence of the reinforcement arrangement was investigated using two test parameters: the average axis distance (from 30.1 to 46.7 mm), and the type of reinforcement (5 mm diameter wires and 9.5mm diameter strands). An ISO 834 standard fire was applied maintaining the load ...
